Enquiry data: up to 24 months. Customer records and invoices: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Technical / analytics data: up to 14 months. We delete data sooner on request where we have no overriding obligation.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors that help us run the business (e.g. email hosting, accounting, Microsoft 365). All processors are bound by data protection agreements. We may disclose data where required by law.
